The “Income House” Project
In October, we welcomed a new partnership with Income House — a striking example of how three small construction companies in Georgia, discovered through Facebook, united under a shared vision and secured a 6-hectare plot of land for the first stage of the project bearing the same name.
This collaboration demonstrates how talented people can form cooperatives and become partners based on shared values and goals. By combining their collective expertise and a common mission, the Income House project highlights the strength of partnership in creating sustainable, community-focused developments.
The “Income House” Project:

Hello,
We assure you that a modern modular home built to the Passive House Standard looks no different from a conventional building — yet it far surpasses it in comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
When you purchase a 250 m² home from GDB Passive House, you unlock several additional income opportunities. Each home comes with a 35 kW solar power system installed free of charge, allowing you to sell surplus energydirectly to charging stations and smart energy networks. This innovative feature can generate up to USD 3,000 in extra annual income, while also reducing your household’s energy costs and carbon footprint.
GDB Passive House — smart investment, sustainable living.

Timber frame — the gold standard of modern construction
The featured companies, including GDB Passive House, supply homes as a preferred timber frame partner for developers, contractors, and affordable housing providers, in accordance with Passive House technology.
It combines adaptability, energy efficiency, and sustainability, providing the perfect balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. The use of timber significantly reduces overall construction costs, speeds up the building process, and ensures long-term durability.
