JSC EcoBuild & Sustainable Technologies (Construction Group)

___________

Developer of the GDB Green Energy Village, Georgia

JSC EcoBuild & Sustainable Technologies is the official developer of the GDB Green Energy Village in Georgia — an integrated residential and commercial complex built in full compliance with the Passive House (Passivhaus) energy efficiency standard, one of the most advanced sustainable construction methodologies in the world.

The Pathihouse Standard

Under the Passive House (Passivhaus) standard, no new homes in the UK or EU are being delivered without meeting its requirements, which set the highest benchmarks for insulation, airtightness, and renewable energy use, ensuring minimal energy demand and exceptional comfort.

The project is being implemented under an Investment Contract involving several key partners — developer, energy generation, transport, and logistics companies — and is supported by innovative technologies in all phases of design and construction.

Partnership and Collaboration

Green Energy, Reimagined!

Our mission is to help transform centralized, coal-dependent energy systems into decentralized networks, where households and businesses can produce, store, and share their own renewable energy — lowering costs and keeping value circulating within the local economy.

We return USD 0.05 per kWh to every participant of the SEG Programme (Smart Energy Grid Programme) — whether they are charging their own electric vehicles or providing charging services through our retail division CLASSO Mobile Charge.

Our projects make renewable energy accessible to everyone — including low-income families and vulnerable groups— offering not just clean power, but a new source of income and energy independence.

By purchasing or renting a private home in GDB Green Energy Village, built with Passive House Standard technology, you gain access to a resource more powerful than ever before — energy efficiency that works for you!

The European e-commerce market was valued at approximately USD 3.96 trillion in 2024.

Global e-commerce logistics between China and Europe represent a massive flow of goods. Cross-border online trade from China has been growing at double-digit rates — with total export volumes in 2023–2024 reaching hundreds of billions of US dollars and billions of parcels (mostly small packages under €150) shipped annually to the EU.

Shipping methods vary: air freight handles fast, lightweight parcels, while sea freight carries the bulk of larger and lower-cost shipments. Over 2023–2024, market dynamics caused noticeable shifts between ocean and air freight depending on demand and tariff changes.

As for the share of e-commerce deliveries carried by electric transport (electric trucks and vans) — it remains very small. As of early 2025, zero- and low-emission heavy trucks in Europe represent only about 1–2% of total sales, meaning that the actual share of long-haul e-commerce shipments delivered by electric trucks is still below 1%. However, this segment is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years.

In summary:

  • The volume of e-commerce shipments from China to Europe is enormous — worth hundreds of billions of dollars and billions of parcels annually.

  • Air and sea freight dominate logistics channels, depending on shipment speed and cost.

  • The current share of e-commerce deliveries transported by electric vehicles is minimal (under 1%), though steady growth is expected as the industry transitions to cleaner logistics solutions.

From Solar Power to Financial Empowerment

We are building a smart global energy network for everyone — where high EV charging tariffs can generate additional income for people and countries, enabling a natural green transition without financial pressure on state budgets or citizens.

In the future, we plan to introduce the “Green kWh” as part of everyday transactions in services, insurance, and e-commerce, alongside traditional currencies.

We install 35 kW solar stations FREE OF CHARGE on the rooftops of GDB Green Energy Villages, allowing homeowners and tenants to sell surplus energy and earn daily additional income.

JSC CLASSO Mobile Charge

Starting in March 2026, 26 high-speed MIDA (China) charging stations with capacities of 120 kW and 600 kW will be installed across Georgia and Azerbaijan. The stations will be located at SOCAR (and others) fuel stations and on dedicated sites in Poti and at the “Red Bridge” border crossing (Georgia/Azerbaijan).

These advanced charging hubs will enable passenger vehicles to recharge in as little as 8 minutes, while electric trucks over 20 tons can be fully charged within one hour.

This initiative will elevate green logistics in the region to a new level and significantly reduce freight delivery costsacross the South Caucasus.

Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants network

We are setting new trends where strategically located JSC CLASSO Mobile Charge stations and multifunctional terminals of the [Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants] network (UK) become not just places to charge electric vehicles and electric trucks, but also platforms for active consumer engagement.

In Georgia, the construction of 4 large and 8 small multifunctional terminals of the [Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants (UK)] network is planned, with construction set to begin at the end of 2026.

The “Income House” Project

In October, we welcomed a new Partnership with “Income House”, a prime example of how three small construction companies in Georgia, discovered through Facebook, were united under a shared vision and granted a 3-hectare land plot for the eponymous project (1st stage), and 3 -hectare land plot (2st stage).

This collaboration demonstrates how talented individuals can form cooperatives and become partners based on shared values and common goals. By leveraging collective expertise and a unifying mission, the “Income House” Project showcases the power of partnership in building sustainable, community-focused developments.
