Joint Investment for the SEG Programme
Partnership and Collaboration
Sustainable Energy — Done Differently!
We are a team of like-minded innovators, united by one vision — to empower people to take control of their own energy supply and make the transition to renewable energy simple, accessible, and rewarding for everyone.
Through the creation of our GDB Holding divisions and partnerships with national companies in green energy, logistics, and construction, we are building a system that helps communities move away from fossil fuels and reduce the impact of climate change.
Our mission is to help transform centralized, coal-dependent energy systems into decentralized networks, where households and businesses can produce, store, and share their own renewable energy — lowering costs and keeping value circulating within the local economy.

Joint Investment for the SEG Programme
GDB Green Energy Village is a key partner in the investment agreement aimed at creating Georgia’s first EV Virtual Power Plant — a project that connects energy producers, consumers, and EV charging operators into a unified smart energy distribution network. The GDB Green Energy Village community will serve as the core of this ecosystem, where energy-efficient housing, solar generation, transportation, and logistics operate in full synergy.
The joint SEG (Smart Energy Grid) program focuses on the development of sustainable energy and digital resource distribution. It includes:
-
installation of solar power stations ranging from 35 to 500 kW on rooftops and land plots;
-
integration of EV charging stations powered by renewable sources;
-
construction of energy-efficient industrial facilities;
-
establishment of green logistics chains using fully electric vehicles.
The project is implemented in accordance with Georgian renewable energy legislation and the DCFTA agreement with the European Union, ensuring international compliance, transparency, and investment appeal.
GDB Green Energy Village represents a new type of community — one that is energy-independent, technologically advanced, and environmentally sustainable.
JSC CLASSO Mobile Charge
Starting in March 2026, 26 high-speed MIDA (China) charging stations with capacities of 120 kW and 600 kW will be installed across Georgia and Azerbaijan. The stations will be located at SOCAR (and others) fuel stations and on dedicated sites in Poti and at the “Red Bridge” border crossing (Georgia/Azerbaijan).
These advanced charging hubs will enable passenger vehicles to recharge in as little as 8 minutes, while electric trucks over 20 tons can be fully charged within one hour.
This initiative will elevate green logistics in the region to a new level and significantly reduce freight delivery costsacross the South Caucasus.
Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants network
We are setting new trends where strategically located JSC CLASSO Mobile Charge stations and multifunctional terminals of the [Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants] network (UK) become not just places to charge electric vehicles and electric trucks, but also platforms for active consumer engagement.
In Georgia, the construction of 4 large and 8 small multifunctional terminals of the [Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants (UK)] network is planned, with construction set to begin at the end of 2026.

Building the Future of Energy — Together
All homes in GDB Green Energy Village are equipped with 35 kW solar power stations, allowing homeowners to sell excess energy back to the grid to help power electric vehicles and e-trucks operated by our affiliated logistics companies.

Smart Charging and Virtual Power Networks: The Future of Clean Mobility
According to the Energy Saving Trust, by 2030 there will be up to 11 million electric vehicles on the roads of the UK and the EU. Maintaining and charging their batteries will require a large, stable, and flexible power supply — one that can handle significant demand without overloading the grid.
This is where smart charging systems, such as the [Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants] (UK) network in Europe and Asia, come into play. The system integrates over 560 EV charging terminals, supporting both electric passenger and freight transport.
To ensure a sustainable logistics corridor for green freight transport, a network of small-scale solar generators must be established along key routes — providing at least 100 MW of additional power capacity along the Kyrgyzstan–Tbilisi–Turkey corridor, and an equivalent amount from Bulgaria to Spain.
This intelligent platform optimizes energy distribution by reducing electricity consumption during peak hours, minimizing the load on the grid, and lowering environmental impact — enabling a truly sustainable and resilient electric transport ecosystem.

Financial Autonomy of Homeowners and Tenants of GDB Green Energy Village

A Virtual Power Plant is an intelligent system that aggregates and manages diverse energy resources — such as rooftop solar panels and battery storage — as a single, coordinated network. This aggregation enables utilities and energy providers to balance electricity supply and demand in real time, ensuring a more efficient, reliable, and sustainable grid.
With the rapid growth of solar rooftops, home batteries, and electric mobility, VPPs empower households, businesses, and communities to:
-
Generate their own clean electricity
-
Store energy efficiently
-
Consume it intelligently
— while offering unprecedented flexibility in how we power and charge the next generation of electric vehicles and trucks. This is not just technology — it’s a new ecosystem of energy freedom and sustainability.

Partnership with Hydropower Plants: Affordable Green Energy
The GDB Green Energy Village project, together with the SEG Programme (Smart Export Guarantee Programme), is developing a strategic partnership with hydropower plants across Georgia and the Caucasus region to support the country’s transition toward clean and sustainable energy.
Through direct power purchase agreements, we acquire renewable electricity at a fixed rate of $0.05 per kWh, ensuring:
-
Stable and transparent tariffs for all project participants;
-
Clean and renewable energy for homes, charging stations, and businesses;
-
Support for Georgia’s national green energy development programs.
Our mission is to build an autonomous energy ecosystem, where every home, business, and vehicle is powered by sustainable energy — creating a balance between nature and innovation.

Building the Future of Energy — Together
In July 2025, seven leading companies united in Tbilisi, Georgia, to sign a joint investment contract for the SEG Programme (Smart Energy Grid Programme). This groundbreaking initiative aims to drive the region’s transition toward renewable energy, green logistics, and energy-efficient infrastructure.
By combining expertise and innovation, the SEG Programme sets a new benchmark for sustainable development in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, paving the way for a smarter and greener future.
GDB Green SIP-Panel: Pioneering Sustainable Construction
Our production in Ukraine
We have established the joint Ukrainian–British enterprise, GDB Green SIP-Panel, driven by our commitment to fully green production. Our order book from GDB Green Energy Village spans six countries — Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey — exceeding 18,000,000 m² from 2026 to 2030.
Our SIP panel manufacturing equipment combines both standard and advanced fully automated solutions. Our technology allows the production of thin yet high-performing panels by utilising recycled premium materials such as graphite, enhancing XPS thermal conductivity by 25%. This innovation reduces foundation costs without compromising quality, fully meeting Passive House standards with R15 insulation.

The “Income House” Project
In October, we welcomed a new partnership with “Income House” — a prime example of how three small construction companies in Georgia, discovered through Facebook, were brought together under a shared vision and granted a 3-hectare land plot for the first stage of the eponymous project, and a further 3-hectare plot for the second stage.
This collaboration shows how talented individuals can form cooperatives and become partners based on shared values and common goals. By combining collective expertise with a unifying mission, the “Income House” Project highlights the power of partnership in creating sustainable, community-focused developments.
