The creation of a unified network of electric vehicle charging terminals connecting Asia and Europe under the brand Green CLASSO & EVs Virtual Power Plants (UK) will form the foundation of a new energy and digital economy. What does the Law say?
No IE (Individual Entrepreneur) registration required:
If the roof owner sells surplus solar energy to the national grid (not directly to customers), uses the energy to charge their own vehicle, or leases the roof for the installation of a solar power station and receives rental income.
In this case, the owner participates in the national Smart Energy Grid / Net Metering Program as a private individual, and this activity is not considered a commercial service.

Choose a modular home ranging from 30 to 250 m² from manufacturers in Eastern Europe, and we will deliver it made to order specifically for you. Delivery time: 2 to 4 months. Payment: via a letter of credit held with the Bank of Georgia. Homes can also be purchased through the commercial leasing programme with a 30% initial payment.
Additionally, you can select a GDB Passive House modular home of 250 m², manufactured by our joint venture using Finnish technology. Each GDB Passive House is equipped with a 35 kW solar power station as part of the SEG Programme (Smart Energy Grid Programme) — providing a comfortable, energy-efficient, and truly sustainable way of living.

Modular Home Delivery and International Shipping Standards
The delivery of modular homes, including those assembled from prefabricated structural blocks, is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety during international transport. Each module or block is factory-produced, pre-finished, and ready for rapid on-site assembly.
For international delivery, modules are typically transported by truck, rail, or sea freight, in compliance with ISO container standards. The maximum dimensions of a single transportable block for international shipping are as follows:
