🌞 SEG Programme: Smart Income from Solar Generation

Available exclusively to private homeowners with properties ranging from 300 m² to 600 m², and to owners of a GDB Passive House modular home (250 m²) in GDB Green Energy Village:

1. Program Overview

• The SEG Programme is an international initiative for the development of green energy, implemented through national generating companies SPPG.

• The main goal is to make the installation of 35 kW solar power plants free of charge for property owners, while providing them with regular income and the opportunity to participate in the energy business.

 

2. How It Works

Within the SEG Programme, national generating companies SPPG install a 35 kW solar power plant free of charge on rooftops with an area of at least 250 m² (for example, in the GDB Green Energy Village Project.

 

Power distribution of the station:

• 30% (10 kW) — represents the rental payment, serving as a generating energy asset for the roof owner.

• 70% (25 kW) — is the equipment and generation share of SPPG companies, managed by the company.

 

Thus, the property owner receives:

• Free installation of equipment

• Guaranteed income in NFT or USD (at their choice)

• Insurance coverage

• The right to purchase an additional License for the 70% generated capacity and sell the energy independently after 48 months

3. Income for the Roof Owner

Income is accrued through energy NFTs, backed by the real generating capacity of the installed system.
Each 1 NFT = 1 kW of installed generating capacity.

You decide for yourself the period during which you transfer your generating capacity to the SPPG company, and in return, the company provides you with the equivalent rental payment. After the agreed period ends, the rental payment and all accrued amounts are returned to the roof owner.

After 48 months, provided no insurance claims have occurred, the property owner may:

• Purchase a License for 1 NFT (1 kW of capacity)

• Sell energy directly at a rate of 0.05 USD per 1 kWh,

in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Energy and Water Supply”
(No. 5269 of 20.12.2019, which regulates the production, transmission, and sale of electricity to third parties).
