OSAGO — Mandatory Protection for All Drivers or
Comprehensive (or voluntary) motor insurance
OSAGO is required by law and covers damage caused to third parties in a traffic accident. The policy protects the driver from financial risks related to compensation for harm.
Insurance rate — 2% of the insured amount.

Construction and Installation Risk Insurance (CAR)
This policy covers losses during construction caused by fire, natural disasters, installation errors, or third-party actions. It may also include third-party liability and losses from downtime.
Insurance rate — 2%, making it an affordable protection tool for construction projects.
Property Insurance (All Risks)
This policy protects real estate, equipment, and other company assets from fire, explosion, natural disasters, and any physical damage.
It also covers losses caused by equipment breakdowns, damage to utilities, and engineering systems.
Insurance cost — 2% of the insured amount.
Attention: When renting a private house or a space in GDB Green Energy Village, property insurance is mandatory (calculated based on the cost of USD 1,000 per m²).


Business Interruption Insurance
The policy compensates for losses if business operations are temporarily suspended due to fire, accidents, or damage to key assets.
It helps maintain the company’s financial stability by covering lost profits and ongoing expenses.
Insurance cost — 2% of the insured amount.

Investment Bonus and Exclusive Benefits
In the absence of an insurance claim, an Investment Package worth USD 1,000 is granted, along with additional privileges:

Commercial Leasing for Home Purchase under the “Income Home” Project
Purchase your home through a commercial leasing agreement — a flexible financial instrument that allows individuals and businesses to acquire property without the need for full upfront payment.
Under this model, the buyer (lessee) makes an initial payment of 30% of the property’s value, while the remaining amount is financed by a leasing company for an agreed period of 24 months.
Upon completion of the lease term and full payment, ownership of the property is transferred to the lessee.
This model offers an effective solution for entrepreneurs, expatriates, and investors who wish to acquire a home or modular building while maintaining liquidity.

In Case of an Insurance Event
If an insurance event occurs, it is important to act quickly and in accordance with the established procedure.
Please follow these steps:

Ensure safety first — protect people, property, and equipment from further damage or risk.

Immediately notify your insurance company — contact your regional insurance partner (GPI Holding or Arsenal-Kyrgyzstan) within 24 hours after the incident.

Provide all required information — include your policy number, incident details, photos, videos, and any supporting documents (e.g., police report, transport documents, etc.).

Do not make any repairs or modifications until a representative of the insurance company has completed an inspection.

Cooperate with the investigation — the insurance company may request additional information or an expert evaluation.

Submit an official claim for compensation — after reviewing your documents, the insurer will proceed with reimbursement according to the terms of your policy.

Our insurance partners operate according to international standards, ensuring transparent claim management, timely compensation, and full support at every stage.

The Importance of Regular Maintenance of Solar Power Plants (Scheduled Service & Inspection)
The reliability and efficiency of a solar power plant directly depend on systematic and professional maintenance.
The project provides for four scheduled maintenance services per year — one every quarter.
This requirement is not only technical but also an insurance condition, ensuring the preservation of equipment, stable energy production, and fulfillment of warranty obligations.
Objectives of Maintenance

Performance Optimization – reducing generation losses through regular panel cleaning, inverter inspection, and system performance tuning.

Failure Prevention – early detection of wear, cable damage, loose connections, and mounting issues.
-
Insurance Compliance – property and performance insurance policies remain valid only when regular maintenance is confirmed.
-
System Longevity – extending the station’s effective operational life to 25 years or more.
Scope of Work for Each Maintenance Cycle
-
Visual and technical inspection of all panels, mounts, and structural components;
-
Cleaning of solar panels from dust, snow, debris, and bird droppings;
-
Testing inverter parameters and switchboard performance;
-
Checking insulation resistance and grounding integrity;
-
Diagnosing solar trackers (if applicable);
-
Testing grid connection and measuring actual power output;
-
Updating control software (if required);
-
Preparing and submitting a maintenance report to the insurance company.
Insurance and Financial Support
Within the project framework, insurance coverage for the integrity and operation of 35 kW and 500 kW solar power plants is funded through the rental payments (see section Solar Plant 35 kW).
These funds are allocated to:

payment of the annual insurance policy (2% of the insured value);
-
financing of scheduled maintenance (four times a year);
-
emergency response and repair based on diagnostics.
Thus, the combined maintenance and insurance system forms a closed protection loop — from prevention to restoration — ensuring stable power generation, safeguarding investments, and maintaining full compliance with international solar asset management standards.
