We supply fully pre-assembled homes of 50 m², constructed using XPS-Graphite SIP Panels to Passive House Standard with an R-value of ≥15. Each home comes with a detailed assembly protocol and a full video installation guide.
A home includes a solar power system and a MIDA 22 kW charging station, enabling you to earn USD 0.05 per kWh every time you charge your electric vehicle. If required, our specialists can also provide supervised assembly (installation oversight).
Cost of the home: USD 995 per m².
The home may be purchased through a 24-month commercial leasing arrangement with a 30% advance payment. Interest rate: 0%.
Delivery terms: FOB, Port of Poti.
Delivery time: 30 days from receipt of the advance payment (letter of credit / bank guarantee), Bank of Georgia.

The top three students of the TAGE Academy will be eligible to receive SEG Programme “Green Grants”, each worth USD 10,000 (equivalent to 30 kW), generated from the income of clean energy sales.

For students of the TAGE Tennis Academy, it’s important to understand that reading books and intellectual development play a key role not only in their success on the court but also in life as a whole.
That’s why we support students who read — and even pay for reading books.
Each book you read adds USD 10 to your account. Simply pay a USD 2 honesty insurance fee and start your reading marathon!
Just remember — you can be tested at any time. If something goes wrong, all accumulated funds will be deducted.
