By partnering with GDB Green Energy Village in Batumi, the Investor receives a fixed income from three projects totaling USD 6.3 million, as well as annual royalty payments from energy sales at the charging terminal

Land plot starting from 20 hectares
The GDB Green Energy Village in Batumi is being developed on a specially designated land plot of no less than 20 hectares (up to 10 km from Batumi), designed to host a modern, self-sufficient eco-community.
The total construction volume includes:
• Private residential areas — over 27,000 m²
• Commercial and mixed-use buildings — over 44,000 m²
• Recreational and public infrastructure, including fitness zones, playgrounds, a heated pool, and green spaces
This large-scale development integrates energy-efficient housing, renewable power systems, and smart logistics, forming a model of sustainable urban living in Georgia’s most dynamic coastal region.
Financial Contribution
The project requires a total investment of USD 3 million, with USD 2 million provided in the form of construction works and materials. This hybrid contribution model ensures efficient resource allocation, transparency, and shared commitment between all project participants, supporting the sustainable development goals of GDB Green Energy Village in Batumi.


In addition to this amount, the Investor is entitled to annual royalty payments from energy sales at the charging terminal, amounting to no less than USD 231,000 per year

Income from the Sale of Land Plots in the “Income House” Project
Investor 3 holds the exclusive right to sell 80 land plots, each with an area of 600 m², located within the “Income House” Project.
Each plot is to be sold at a price of USD 30,000, resulting in a total income of USD 2,400,000.
Income from the Sale of Private Houses
Investor 3 shall also receive an additional income of USD 3,666,000 generated from the sale of private houses with an area ranging from 300 m² to 600 m².
The sales shall be carried out according to the investment model and pricing structure approved jointly by the Parties and coordinated with Investor 1.



Royalty from Energy Sales
Investor shall receive royalty payments amounting to USD 231,000 from the sale of electricity produced at the project’s solar-powered charging terminal, which services electric trucks and commercial electric transport.
These payments are made as part of the SEG Programme (Smart Energy Grid Programme) and are secured through the terminal’s operational activities.
The total projected income of Investor 3 under these categories amounts to USD 6,297,000, excluding any potential additional profits derived from participation in the project’s energy and infrastructure assets.
